Four modular service areas. Mix what you need, skip what you don't. Engagements run from one-off projects to ongoing monthly retainers.

  4. China Social Media & Content

For overseas brands wanting Chinese-consumer presence — built on Xiaohongshu, WeChat, and Douyin, with content that doesn't read like a translation.

    • — Platform strategy: Xiaohongshu vs Douyin vs WeChat
    • — Account setup and verification
    • — Localized content production (notes, short video, articles)
    • — KOC seeding and creator partnerships
    • — Tmall Global / cross-border e-commerce advisory
    • — Performance reporting in plain English

How engagements work

  1. Initial contact

You email or message with a question, brief, or rough idea. No form to fill in. No qualification call.

  2. Video conference

A 30–45 minute call to understand your context, goals, and constraints. Free, no commitment.

  3. Proposal

Within a few days, you receive a written proposal — scope, deliverables, timeline, fee. Plain language, no fluff.

  4. Service begins

50% deposit confirms the engagement. Work starts within the agreed window, with regular updates.

  5. Feedback & follow-up

Final review, debrief, and — if useful — a path to ongoing engagement.
