What is the difference between a single service and the annual membership?
A single service is scoped and priced per project — right if you have a one-time need like a factory audit or a week of interpretation. The annual membership is for businesses that need long-term, in-depth China support: it bundles interpretation, supplier matching, trip logistics, unlimited consultation, and the weekly insight newsletter into one relationship.
What if I don’t travel to China often — do membership services go to waste?
No. If you don’t come to China often, you can transfer services like airport pickup or interpretation to your colleagues or friends, or swap them for other services of equivalent scope — for example a factory inspection or an additional supplier search.
How is a single service priced?
One-time services are fully personalized: the fee depends on the specific project scope. You describe what you need, and you receive a written proposal with scope, deliverables, timeline, and fee — in plain language, before any commitment.
